Rob Kenmare, Corporate Finance Partner
Rob joined Moore and Smalley in 2004 having previously worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Ernst & Young in Manchester for eight years. Over this time Rob has advised a wide range of private businesses in and around the North West across a broad range of sectors including aerospace, engineering, building products and construction, transport and technology.
This advice has covered the full spectrum of transactions from cross-border acquisitions to MBO's and private company sales. Rob became a partner in March 2007.
