Adrienne Collinge, Chartered FCIPD, HR Partner
Adrienne joined the firm in April 1998, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Adrienne is the firm’s HR partner, and as such is responsible for staff training and recruitment, with particular emphasis on managing flexible working arrangements, work-life balance policies and the innovative flexible benefits scheme to maintain Moore and Smalley’s position as an employer of choice.
She also manages the firm’s annual intake of graduates from recruitment and selection through their development towards their final qualification. Adrienne's efforts were recognised when she collected the North West Society of Chartered Accountants 'Employer of the Year Award 2005' for Moore and Smalley.
