Stress related illness is one of the most common causes of workplace absence. It can impact productivity, staff engagement, and lead to long-term absence.
MHA Moore and Smalley is hosting a stress awareness and management course for line managers and HR professionals. It is particularly suited to businesses with 25 or more employees.
The event is being held in our Lancaster office on Wednesday 25 April 2018 starting at 9:30am.
The workshop is scheduled to last 2 – 2.5 hours and is CPD certified offering 2 hours of CPD upon completion. It is being delivered by Andy Wilson BSc (hons) Occupational Therapy Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant of Unum and has been developed in partnership with Affinity Health at Work.
