Duo’s return boosts tax and financial planning teams at Moore and Smalley

MOORE and Smalley Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors has boosted its tax and financial planning teams with two new appointments.

Anne Donkor has joined as a tax consultant in the firm’s Lancaster office, while Dave Gleeson has joined the financial planning team in Preston.

The appointments mark a second spell of employment with Moore and Smalley for both Anne and Dave, who re-join the firm after short stays with other accountancy firms.

Anne, who hails from East Lancashire, first worked for Moore and Smalley between 1989 and 2007, while David, who is originally from London but lives in Blackpool, worked for the firm from 2003 to 2008.

David Ingram, managing partner of Moore and Smalley, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Anne and Dave back to Moore and Smalley. Both have a significant amount of accountancy experience and will add further to the strength in depth of our tax and financial planning teams.”

Anne will advise owner-managed businesses and individuals on a wide range of tax issues. Dave will advise firms on a host of financial planning issues, including investments, pension schemes and employee benefits.
