Professional: James joined Moore and Smalley in September 1996 and became a partner in 2005. James deals with a number of owner-managed businesses, ranging in size from new start-ups to £35m turnover limited companies, providing audits, accounts, projections and business plans.
In addition to his work on behalf of clients, James is also in charge of Practice Assurance, ensuring that the firm follows best practice guidelines in our approach to client care.
Personal: Outside of work James enjoys watching cricket and football and is a life long supporter of Southport FC. He plays pool regularly for a local team. He also enjoys walking, particularly in the Lake District with his partner and their dog.
