Adrienne Collinge

Adrienne Collinge, Chartered FCIPD, HR Partner

Professional: Adrienne joined the firm in April 1998, and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Adrienne is the firm’s HR partner, and as such is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, training and development. Adrienne has developed a number of very successful training programmes which are accredited by both the ICAEW and ACCA. She has also introduced a number of award winning initiatives with a particular emphasis on flexible working and flexible remuneration packages which help Moore and Smalley maintain its position as an employer of choice.

A qualified business coach, Adrienne's main focus is on staff development. In November 2008 the firm achieved successful re-recognition against the IiP standard and was commended on the strength of its commitment to coaching and staff development.

Personal: Weekends are spent in Wrea Green catching up with husband and two teenage daughters. When not helping (coaching) with French and German homework, Adrienne keeps fit by swimming, working out on the cross trainer and 'speed cleaning'!. Adrienne is involved in fund raising for the village church and does her bit each year for Cancer Research. Her passion is for choral singing but she is currently prevented from permanently joining a choir as it would cause her youngest daughter too much embarrassment.
