Healthcare

Moore and Smalley have a number of specialists who have the knowledge and awareness to help clients within the Healthcare sector. We act for a number of businesses in the Medical, Dental and Care Home niches, and provide tailored advice to help our clients reach both their personal and professional goals.

The Healthcare service teams are headed up by partner Deborah Wood based at our Blackpool office. Deborah was instrumental in setting up the Association of Independent Specialist Medical Accountants (AISMA) in 1995. This network of independent accountancy firms throughout the UK specialises in services to the medical profession. Deborah is also a regular presenter to the sector and has written a number of articles for many of the trade publications.

Each team includes senior managers and consultants who are specialists in their area and offer expert advice on a number of issues. Moore and Smalley has a wealth of experience in dealing with the financial affairs of its clients and understand the specific accounting needs of all businesses within the Healthcare sector.

Recently the firm won the inaugural HealthInvestor magazine Accountants of the Year award for our work for clients in the Healthcare sector.
